This auction is divided into two segments:

1. Heritage Producers – Coffee growers who represent Colombia’s coffee legacy, mastering traditional practices—washed, honey, and natural—refined over generations to preserve terroir and varietal character at their purest.

2. Innovator Producers – Visionaries who push the boundaries of what’s possible, using controlled fermentations, yeasts, and new techniques that are a glimpse into the future of specialty coffee.
